Cutting Technology for Sausages

INOTEC separators were developed for the separation of products filled into casings (natural, collagen or artificial casings) and linked by twists or by clips. The main application is for all kinds of sausage products. But may also be used for dairy products, soups or pastes. Such products are filled in plastic casings while the lnotec separators are cutting, counting and grouping. A programmable cutting mode allows the cutting of individuals but also chains of a free defined number of products can be cutted. A constant cutting function can cut endless sausages in defined lengths.

 

WT99S

The WT99S is a highspeed machine for fresh, cooked, smoked and cured products. Ideal for automized filling and packaging lines. With the corresponding top plates suitable for exact cutting of extremely short cocktail sausages.

Separators for curved sausages are specially designed for curved sausage products in natural, collagen and artificial casings. Only the circular product guiding allows the separation of curved products. A special knife together with the WT 97S permits at certain product types the simultaneous cutting and declipping of single clips.

Mixers

The Inotec Vario Mix series

This series works without any central mixing shaft. Two horizontal interacting mixing shafts are working in opposite directions with adjustable mixing intervals. For a better adaptation to the product the mixing speed and the speed relation between out- and inside spiral can be adjusted step less.

Quick mixing times, gentle preparation, optimum homogeneity, minimum rest quantity – the Inotec Vario Mix series reaches these targets better than any other mixing system.

Application fields for food are salami and minced meat products, fine minced products / mixing in of dices and decorations, pastes and doughs, powders, delicatessen salads – specially with sensitive products like fish or seafood as well as multiple convenience and non food products.

Tying Machine

Giromatic IG 5

 

System

The Inotec GIROMATIC IG 5 is an automatic high speed tying machine that handles all types of sausage products in natural, collagen and artificial casings, by tying them with a natural thread.

Technique and Benefits

  • Flexible: The Inotec GIROMATIC IG 5 is unique and handles calibres between 20 mm and 75 mm. All types of products in all casings (natural, collagen and artificial) can be tied. The quantity of the windings at the separations is programmable. Length of the tyings and the tension of the thread over the product length are adjustable. Hanging loops can be programmed at each position.

    All filling machine types – with or without automatic weight portioning – can be linked with the Inotec GIROMATIC IG 5.
  • Economical: A high performance of approx. 900 kg per hour (depending on the product, the filling machine and the operator) allows the use the of the filling machine’s full capacity which results in an economical operation.

    Precise and strong tying presses the filled product completely out of the separation. No product remains in the separation between two portions, so the product hygiene is improved.
    Hanging loops are made out of the the same tying thread automatically. No purchase of loop materials is needed anymore and expenses for the portion separation are reduced considerably.

  • User friendly: A clear, photo assisted and intuitively operated touch screen panel leads to the desired product.A swivable filling pipe simplifies the loading of casings.

    An automatic casing loader and an easy accessible storage tank for natural casings are available as an option. The big Inotec thread rolls reduce the changes. Changing of the thread roll is easily and quickly done.
