The TWINVAC PC-9 stuffer is specially designed for continuous vacuum stuffing of large pieces of meat without destroying its morphology, obtaining a finished product of higher quality, with excellent texture, without air pockets, and without risk of bacteriological contamination.
Very suitable for stuffing whole muscle cooked meat products, especially in the production of bars for slicing. It can work, fully automatically, directly coupled to standard continuous clippers or thermoformers that can be fitted to the outlet tube diameter, of up to 100 mm.
This model is especially adaptable to most applications existing in the market, but with limited performance in the case of very dry products or products with a high ground meat or emulsion content, which may produce an arching effect in the hopper that makes filling the stuffing chambers difficult, resulting in reduced weight precision.
