The VOLCAT 400, 800, & 1200 fine volumetric portioning devices provide increased portioning precision during their stuffing process, maintaining an outlet diameter of 100 mm in pieces of up to 4 Kg, 8 Kg, and 12Kg respectively in weight, which makes them especially useful for stuffing bars of products to be sliced. Intercalated between the outlet of TWINVAC stuffers and a continuous twin clipper VOLCAT 400, 800, & 1200 provide high weight precision without reducing productivity of the line. |
