Mixing salt, sugar starch, and gums evenly with speed and precision is no problem at all with the Brine Mixer. It can instantly dissolve soluble solids like salt and sugar into liquids. Gums and starches are quickly suspended and remain suspended. All ingredients are loaded at waist level for ease of operation with a 3500 lb. capacity. The control panel is provided with a master switch and a timer that controls the stop of the pump after a set time.
