The INOTEC-emulsifier type I 225 CD is used in continuous production lines where very high output demands can be met. Following the blending process, the raw material is fed into the hopper by gravity. The emulsion then goes through a modular cutting system with up to 4 stages with the fineness of the emulsion being controlled by the hole plate sizes available. Production of up to 35,000#/hr is possible with this model.
